2 Day Decider Skills Course November 18 & 19 2026

2-Day Decider Skills Course – 18 & 19 November 2026

Join us online for a practical and interactive two-day workshop covering The Decider’s 32 therapeutic skills.

The Decider Skills bring together evidence-based principles from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) in a way that is memorable, accessible and easy to use. The skills are designed to help people recognise and manage their thoughts, feelings and behaviours, tolerate distress, improve communication and respond more effectively to difficult situations.

During the two days, participants will explore the skills through explanation, demonstration, discussion, practical examples and role play. The course will equip participants to introduce and teach the skills when working with individuals or groups.
