Caoimhe Reynolds

I completed a certificate in Health Science before returning to college to qualify as a Registered Mental Health Nurse. Since then, I have worked across both specialist and acute adult inpatient mental health services, supporting individuals with a wide range of mental health needs.

Mental health has always been close to my heart. Growing up with a mum who worked as a Mental Health Nurse, I saw firsthand the positive impact that compassion, understanding, and the right support can have. Through my own clinical experience, I have witnessed how practical, evidence-based skills empower people to better understand themselves, navigate life’s challenges, and build resilience and confidence.

Andrea and I trained together as Mental Health Nurses and continue to work alongside each other today. Our shared clinical experience has reinforced the value of The Decider Skills, and we are passionate about making these practical tools accessible to individuals, families, schools, workplaces, and communities across Ireland.

Outside of work, I’m a proud mum to a 9 year old little lady. I am passionate about hiking, sea swimming, staying active in the gym, travelling, nature and discovering great coffee spots.
I believe that, with the right support and practical tools such as the decider, everyone has the potential to overcome challenges, thrive, and achieve more than they could ever imagine.
